Enjoy The Open Road In A Chinook Motorhome

Chinook has long been a trusted name in over the road travel.  Offering a wide range of motorcoaches,  travel trailers, 5th wheels, and toy haulers, Chinook was one of the top manufacturers of the vehicles campers seek when preparing to get on the road.  Today, used Chinook motorhomes are still popular due to their high quality and modern styling.

While new Chinooks are not available, it is not necessary to purchase a 2011 or 2012 vehicle to travel in style.  There are still lots of preowned Chinook RV’s on the market that feature modern styling and design.  For example, the 2003 Chinook is a 24-foot Class C motorhome, with 25,000 miles logged on the odometer.  Featuring a sofa bed and club chairs, this model is for sale at rvonline.com for $45,500.00.

The Chinook Glacier is a Class B motorhome, and you can find a 2003 model at rvs.com.  While it is a used vehicle, the condition is like new, with loads of features and options, including a contemporary solar charging system.  The vehicle is 25 feet long and has 15,036 miles on it.  The interior furnishings are in excellent condition and offer the best in luxury and comfort.  You can purchase this vehicle for $67,976.00.

Another Class B option, the Chinook Concourse XL, is available for sale at motorhomesonsale.com.  This preowned 2000 model is a gas powered RV, with only 18,000 miles.  It has a Ford V10 engine and an automatic transmission.  You can purchase this vehicle by contacting the seller and making an offer.

The Class C motorhomes are often considered mini versions of their larger counterparts; however, the two slide outs that come with the 2004 Chinook Summit provide lots of extra interior space.  It was built on a commercial cut away van chassis and is made from a solid fibreglass construction that helps prevent leaks.  You can purchase this RV at berrylandcampers.com by contacting the seller to make an offer.  An extended warranty may be available.

The 2005 Chinook Summit 2700 SS is available at chinookrvs.com.  This is a Class C model with an interior décor in shades of gray.  It has 8200 miles registered on the odometer, but the Ford engine and chassis have many miles left to go.  You can find this and other models available at this site, dedicated to the sale of preowned Chinook RV’s.  This model sells for $99,995.00.  Some dealers specializing in used campers and motorhomes offer a rebate program.  Contact the seller to learn more.

For those who prefer diesel over gas, the 2005 Chinook Glacier LE runs on a diesel engine.  It is a Class C motorhome with 29,900 miles on it.  The interior and exterior are both in excellent condition; the outside features an attractive black and white design.  You can purchase this beautiful RV at automobilecontacts.com; you must contact the dealer to make an offer.

Chinook does not offer Class A models; however, their history of manufacturing beautiful, high quality Class B and C vehicles is irrefutable.  The 2000 Chinook Premier is a beautiful Class B RV, available at rv2buy.com.  This RV is a convenient gas powered RV to drive and comfortable to camp in.  You can purchase this preowned vehicle, with only 22,300 miles on it, for only $32,500.
